IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note: you must CALL for urgent/same day/after hours appointments.

Annual physicals have been replaced with Preventative Health Evaluations.

At these visits, we review your health status and decide on any appropriate tests/screening/immunizations. For some patients, this should be done yearly; for others, only every few years. We will advise you as to how often you should have this visit.

Pap smears are recommended every 3 years for average risk women. If you have a history of abnormal paps, you should continue yearly or as advised by your physician. Any unusual symptoms require assessment by your physician, regardless of the date of your last examination.
